After reading about the colic it is so much fun to see the pictures. In the pictures she either looks like a very innocent baby who would deny crying or a little sweetie sleeping because she's worn out from crying, and resting up for her next bout!
God has blessed me with a pretty wonderful life.
I work part time as a dental hygienist and the rest of the week, I'm at home with my 5 yr old baby Konnor. Princess Katie is a 1st grader now and my big boy Kelton a 5th grader! I really enjoy my job and love my family to pieces. I have a wonderful husband, Eric, who is the love of my life and my best friend. We try to make the most of every day and couldn't be enjoying our little family more!
I orginally started this blog as a way to cope with Katie's colic, reflux and food issues. While she's still totally gluten free (but successfully eating dairy), over time, she's slowly gotten better and the blog morphed into all the fun times of our growing family.
Katie successfully began eating dairy at age two. Kelton is now able to eat tree nuts in moderation and Konnor similarly tolerates dairy and peanuts! We continue to manage Katie's gluten intolerance and Konnor's soy FPIES but are super thankful for how far we've come! Making our meals safe has become a fun challenge for me! Thankfully, I'm an genius in the kitchen. ;)
