School is back in session!

School started back up almost two months ago and as usual, the kids are loving it!  Kelton is in 5th grade, his last year at the grade school!  Katie is in 1st grade, which seems so much older than kindergarten!

They love it when school starts and I'm so grateful that they do, but it's always so hard for me to send them back.  I love having spending time with them in the summer!  It's always so hard not to cry!

 I'm not sure they manage to destroy their backpacks every year, but they do!  So thank goodness for Kohls and 30% off.  I was able to get Kelton a camo one and Katie's has ladybugs!

 Something even more new this year was that they both got glasses after a visit to the eye dr.  Kelton needs to wear his all the time but Katie's are just for school work and reading.

The day after they started school, Konny started his last year of Pre-K.  I will readily admit that I'm having regular panic attacks about sending him to kindergarten next year.  I seriously can't talk about it without crying.  He can't wait though!

We are are so blessed to have such fabulous teachers and staff in our schools!  I love being able to treat them for loving my kids all year!
