I was maintaining composure quite well until one of my patients/old high school teacher asked me how Katie was doing and I burst into tears. Poor guy, he had no idea what he was in for when he asked. It was just the wrong moment in time as I'm usually pretty composed. Needless to say, he was very nice about it all and I am grateful.
Eric noticed that the rice crispy bars that she's been eating have the chance of being contaminated with dairy. She and I have both always eaten products "produced in the same facility as dairy" without a problem. This is the only thing that it could possibly be, unless we're missing something else. I'm bummed and frustrated.
Bugs has been saying "Hello" for a couple weeks now and plays peek a boo! But naturally we've been unable to catch this on camera no matter how hard we try.
This is the composter after 1 week. We've been continuing to add our fruit and veggie scraps, coffee grinds, egg shells, etc. Not much progress yet.
See how our garden grows?! With all the rain we've had, it should really take off after we get some sunny warmer days. It's been impossible to get in there and weed it because it's been so soggy. It'll give the boys something fun to do this weekend.
Hope it decides to make an appearance soon!
We finally had a beautiful day today, so we took advantage of it and spent some time outside!
It was certainly warm outside. Mommy is going to have to start shaving her legs a bit more often so she can wear shorts. Good thing I scored myself a Schick Quattro razor at Target today for .99 using the $4/1 insert from 4/26 SS and the $2/1 Target printable.
Katie wore her I love my Auntie onesie today because it's Aunt Sarah's bday. Both kids love their Aunt Sarah. Happy 23rd!
Got some great deals at Dillons tonight as well, .98 - Kelloggs cereal, .66 - KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce (I love this stuff!), .80 - Duncan Hines Brownie Mix and $4.99 - Seattle's Best Coffee. That is after coupons of course. Kroger frozen chicken breasts where on sale for $1.66/lb ($4.98/3lb bag), which is a pretty good price. I'm thinking I should go back for more chicken and brownie mix.
Hairbow order has not gone in yet. I want to take another peek at all her clothes and bows and see what colors we're needing. I keep forgetting to do that and I always think of it after she's in bed and when Katie is asleep, you do not enter her room for anything!
And to wrap it up, I need a new subtitle for the blog. We're not really dealing with colic anymore and not so much constant crying. Can't wait to hear some suggestions!

Love the pics! I'm so sorry about the tummy troubles. I hate out and out illness, of course, but at least it gets over with pretty quickly. FAs just wear you down. Hugs to you both, and I hope that you can figure it out soon!
My suggestion: Add some poo to your composter. Heh.
Love love.
Savannah and I are going should come over and we can all go to the park! It looks a lot better than our crappy park.
I love the Pooh bubble blower. Those are genius inventions!
So....you never did tell me if you like the new razor or not ;)
