1) Konny is officially our last baby. So Eric, being the brave man that he is, had an appt today to keep it that way.
2) I'm a winner!! I enter a few giveaways a week, but rarely win. However, recently I won a coupon for free Tyson chicken from A Busy Mom of Two and some coupons and a pk of MAM pacifiers from MAM's facebook page.
3) Kelton loves doing any sort of craft he can get his hands on and is totally loving this weaving loom. It's so fun because I had one of these when I was a little girl.
4) I have been making use of my french press lately. It's so much easier than brewing a whole pot of decaf when I just want a cup. I make it super strong and then add vanilla soy plus a squirt of dark choc syrup and a squirt of raspberry syrup. YUMMY!
5) One thing I love about my drives to and from work is listening to KLOVE. My new favorite song is by Amy Grant....who I've been a fan of since 5th Grade!
6) Konnor has a tooth! Craziness! The other kids were 8 and 9 months before their first one popped through. I was just astonished when we discovered that he already has his first and he's not quite 6mo!
7) Gapkids has great tshirts. They're not just good quality, they're cute too! Last time we were there, Kelton more than anything wanted 2 shirts, but I made him pick one. I went back with a coupon on Monday though and bought him the other one he wanted. He's going to be thrilled!
8) It's World Breastfeeding Week! I am so blessed to be able to nurse my babies and am definitely a bit sad about Kon being my last little nursling. While I've always said 2 is the edge of my comfort level, I have a feeling I'll be willing to let him go a tad longer if he wants.
9) We had two goals for Kelton this summer, to ride his bike without training wheels and to learn to swim. I'm happy that he's now doing both, not perfectly, but he's on his way! He loved swimming lessons, so we'll sign up for another session soon!
10) Konnor takes a pacifier!!! At first, he really didn't that well, but lately he has been and nearly any one we'll give him. We have tons because we bought every single kind ever made in our futile attempt to make Katie happy.
