That's the name of Kelton's tball team. His first game was on Thursday evening and we had SO much fun! Lots of pictures ahead!!
It is absolutely hilarious to watch all the kids scramble to get the ball. They often end up in one big pile. Everybody was a winner and we can't wait until the next game! Kelton is obviously the shortest (and whitest) boy on the team, but he doesn't even notice. He's just having a great time.
Friday we went spent some time outside in the morning before it got too hot. Instead of the double stroller, I pushed Katie in the awesome single stroller that I got forever ago at BRU for a great price (using coupons, of course) and Kelton rode his bike. The loop we walk is just short of a mile, so I'm sure he was tired.
And as usual, Katie tagged along, looking cute in a pretty dress.
hi there! thanks for commenting on my blog and i'm so glad peeps are trying the sorbet! i actually have banana/strawberry in the freezer too! can't wait for the boys to try THIS one. i'm totally obsessed. if only i could find a vanilla recipe.
i had to come over and "meet" you. wow, you poor thing. you have a lot going on. hugs to you! we do have a lot in common. i can't wait for miles to play on his first "team". looks like fun. i too cannot handle losing too much sleep. my big boy is in a 5-point harness, we are a hunting family, love to bargain shop with the coupons, i am a cardmaking/scrapbooking stampin up stamper....what fun!
with all you have going on, let me just say you look great! 6 pounds UNDER prebaby weight, i envy you! i'm still 10 pounds OVER and it makes me miserable. i need that nursing no-dairy diet back..that was my only hope back in the day.
also, i had some back/ab issues too and probly still do. just no flair up's recently.
good luck with your special diet and i sure hope little katie outgrows some of this sooner than later. you are a great mom!
God has blessed me with a pretty wonderful life.
I work part time as a dental hygienist and the rest of the week, I'm at home with my 5 yr old baby Konnor. Princess Katie is a 1st grader now and my big boy Kelton a 5th grader! I really enjoy my job and love my family to pieces. I have a wonderful husband, Eric, who is the love of my life and my best friend. We try to make the most of every day and couldn't be enjoying our little family more!
I orginally started this blog as a way to cope with Katie's colic, reflux and food issues. While she's still totally gluten free (but successfully eating dairy), over time, she's slowly gotten better and the blog morphed into all the fun times of our growing family.
Katie successfully began eating dairy at age two. Kelton is now able to eat tree nuts in moderation and Konnor similarly tolerates dairy and peanuts! We continue to manage Katie's gluten intolerance and Konnor's soy FPIES but are super thankful for how far we've come! Making our meals safe has become a fun challenge for me! Thankfully, I'm an genius in the kitchen. ;)
