You might want to sit down....

Because this is a shocker.

We've known for a week now (yes, I needed 4 to make me believe it) and have been slowing letting everyone know. Acceptance is happening with each person we tell.

While I've been slowing becoming mega exhausted and sick, not to mention totally freaked out, Eric has been great. He's been calm and totally on top of things because we're going to need to sell this house and find something bigger.

Katie is still way to big of challenge to even consider putting a baby in her room yet. She's been specifically difficult these last couple weeks and I figured out the reason last night. Eric has been buying me Tostito's Hint of Lime. They're are super good AND contain milk. I never would have guessed and am so mad at myself for not looking sooner. This also explains Katie's new breakout of eczema, why she's been spitting up and getting the hicups several times a day.

We've about a year ahead of our ideal schedule for this, if ever, really. I'm worried about how Katie will handle it and upset because my milk supply has already diminished quite a bit. I wanted to nurse her longer. I also wanted to have more 1 on 1 time with her after Kelton started K this fall.

I'm sure everything will work out on the end, (at least that's what I keep telling myself.) I know that when we hold our new squishy baby, we'll be totally in love and hopefully he/she doesn't scream 24/7 - above all that's my one huge fear.

My mom isn't driving yet, so I took her home Thurs after Kelton's tball game and stayed to watch an episode of Roots. She has the mini-series on DVD, so I've been escaping over to watch it with her occassionally. I told Eric to call me if he had trouble with Katie. He didn't call and I came home to find this. I even got the picture and moved her to her crib without her waking up.

Made a quick trip to Target on Friday. Total was $5.46 before tax. Crystal Light was free, baggies were .79 each and the containers were .54 each. All along I had been planning to have Katie eating no baby food by now, but best laid plans, ya know. While I would love for her to just eat peas and greenbeans, she still loves the babyfood with a little pears mixed in. So I'm going to feed her what she'll eat at this point.

The kids in their matchy matchy outfits. I think they looked really cute. To tell our parents about the baby, I used paint to draw a little stick figure and put Feb 2010 above it. Naturally they're all excited and they'd better be because this is the last grandbaby they're getting from us!

Instead of Katie in a cute outfit this time....Check out Kelton's new digs that Eric found at Walmart a few weeks ago.

Congratulations! I am so happy for you guys.

If you want to keep nursing, Katie might continue even without any milk. :)

The pictures are adorable, as always. I love the matchy ones!
