Review: Surf Sweets

I'm always looking for safe allergy friendly treats for the kids, so I jumped at the chance to try Surf Sweets through Naturally Savvy. 

Surf Sweets is pretty much a dream for mothers!  I know we all like to treat our kids once in awhile, but the vast majority of stuff on the market is full of allergens, not to mention artificial colors and flavors.  Surf Sweets is not only free of artificial colors and flavors but also contains no GMOs, gluten, or corn syrup.  In addition, their facility is nut, soy, wheat, dairy, eggs, and shellfish free. 

I said it was like a dream, didn't I?

I'm not even done yet!  Each serving of Surf Sweets contains 100% of daily vitamin C.  Not that I really need to point it out, but of course, Surf Sweets is certified organic by the USDA.

Although we've had a cooler than usual summer, our Surf Sweets arrived during one of our hotter spells so our gummy candies were more of a gummy blob. 

Being dedicated to the cause of this review, I sampled the gummies myself.  Super good!  Nobody tell the kiddos, but a couple gummies are my favorite afternoon pick me up at work, so these are mine!

The kids tried the jelly beans and the sour bears.  Check out the ingredients for yourself!

They had the jelly beans first.  While they all do love candy, they are also picky enough that they've turned down stuff before also.  They loved these beans though!

Next up was the Sour Berry Bears. 

 

I am just super happy with these candies and even happier to see that I can purchase them from Vitacost (this is my referral link - save $10 off your first order if you sign up through it).  With all the concern over food additives these days, Surf Sweets is definitely the way to go.  I can treat my kids without feeling guilty!  It's so amazing how quickly a jelly bean heals a scratches, bonks and the after nap grumpies.  I would highly recommend these to all my momma friends (ahem...Nana and Mimi also).
