I'm not sure where the time is going! My tiny snuggly little man is 3mo old today! How can that be? We've moved up to sz 2 diapers and 3-6mo sleepers. We're following
Dr Sears vaccination schedule, so we had an appt today for shots. He took them like a man, hardly crying at all. While we were there, Mimi checked him in at 13lbs and 23.5in!! Definitely a growing boy! Our first PT appt went great today too. His torticollis isn't very severe, so with some stretching and extra tummy time, he'll be just fine!!

For crockpot day 4, I chose
Lima Bean Casserole. Who's thinking, "eewww, gross, lima beans"? I admit to being a bit nervous myself. However, after it had been cooking a couple hours, the house began to smell really good and I was getting excited to taste it!
I used baby limas because regular lima beans are big and weird. For the meat, I used kielbasa sausage. I know it calls for ham, but I've had luck using sausage with lentils and since there was some in the freezer, I'd thought I'd give it a go. Once again I cut way back on the dry mustard because I don't like it and it freaks me out to put that much in.

And the verdict? My favorite so far!! I preemptively gave Konnor some gas drops tonight and E had beano. :-)
If When I make this again, I don't think I'll change anything except to add more onion. I love cooked onions. I defrosted a few
gluten free biscuits to serve with it.
Tomorrow is Day 5 and we're grilling, but I'll still use the crock!
